Blu Seoul is pure cozy magic. The vibe is warm and homie, the lighting is just right, and there’s great jazz humming in the background like the room’s heartbeat. The food? I still can’t believe any of it was vegan. The aglio e olio pasta was decadent and silky, garlic-kissed and perfectly salty. The lasagna was unbelievably rich and umami—layered, saucy, and downright luxurious. Then that banana bread landed on the table warm and fragrant. A perfect finish.
Read moreIf I worked for Michelin, I’d star them up ASAP. On top of the food, the service was lovely. The man and woman running the place were kind, generous, and genuinely happy to share what they’ve created. You feel taken care of here.
Whether you’re vegan or just here for exceptional food in a chill, glowing space, Blu Seoul is a must. I’m already planning my return.

me and my friend keep coming back to this restaurant whenever we crave a lasagna or are in the area in general ever since we discovered it in september, it’s become our go-to. Not only is the food incredible but the vibes in there are also super cozy with a great playlist and super friendly owners !!

Cozy Small Restaurant you should not miss - Edit
Very small restaurant that opens until late (it really saved us from having dinner today). It serves mediterranean food. Really cozy and the staff was very friendly. They even gifted a banana bread for dessert, and when we were leaving they even gave us another.

I ordered the lasagna and some roasted potatoes. The food came quickly and the lasagna tasted amazing. The roasted potatoes looked kind of plain on the plate but with the sriracha sauce they honestly tasted so good.
I also got to try the banana bread which the proprietor followed me outside to offer me for free (probably felt bad I was on my own lol)! Needless to say it tasted great.
There’s like 5 tables and 10/11 seats total in there so probably best to reserve if you can.

One of the best lasagnas I’ve had. Just wish it was twice the size and used a little less oil. Hummus was warm and delicious. Nice sprinkling of roasted veggies and nice warm and fresh bread. House white wine was very drinkable, very inoffensive. Nice vibe, great service, just a bit pricey for me.

I will dream about this lasagna. I’m not just hyping this up. We ordered the lasagna to share, a side of bread (came with olive oil and vinaigrette), and white wines. The combination was very good. The ambiance was very good and cozy. The waiters were very nice. We came on a weekday so it wasn’t too packed. It’s a bit small, but it makes it intimate and it’s nice for a weekday hang. The interior is very nicely designed as well. Thank you for bringing such good vegan food to korea, please stay open for a long time 😭
