The perfect Italian dining experience - Edit
Blu Seoul is pure cozy magic. The vibe is warm and homie, the lighting is just right, and there’s great jazz humming in the background like the room’s heartbeat. The food? I still can’t believe any of it was vegan. The aglio e olio pasta was decadent and silky, garlic-kissed and perfectly salty. The lasagna was unbelievably rich and umami—layered, saucy, and downright luxurious. Then that banana bread landed on the table warm and fragrant. A perfect finish.
Read moreIf I worked for Michelin, I’d star them up ASAP. On top of the food, the service was lovely. The man and woman running the place were kind, generous, and genuinely happy to share what they’ve created. You feel taken care of here.
Whether you’re vegan or just here for exceptional food in a chill, glowing space, Blu Seoul is a must. I’m already planning my return.

Lovely atmosphere and music, and the food was excellent - I had the lasagne, banana bread and a peach highball. The only downside was that the portion sizes were very small - I felt like I could have easily eaten double!

From the 6 nights we were in Seoul, we dined at Blu twice. After the first very tasty dinner we simply had to come back to try some of the other options on the menu. Would definitely recommend this place.

Read moreour vegan lasagna was outstanding, packed with flavour and even a little hint of spice which although might not be traditional, worked so well
the Greek lemon falafels were great too, with chopped tomatoes, jalapeños and soy lemon yoghurt stacked on top making for a very enjoyable dish
relaxed vibes, low lighting and a decent soundtrack make this a ‘must visit’ if you’re looking for something a little different when you’re in Seoul

me and my friend keep coming back to this restaurant whenever we crave a lasagna or are in the area in general ever since we discovered it in september, it’s become our go-to. Not only is the food incredible but the vibes in there are also super cozy with a great playlist and super friendly owners !!
