Best vegan restaurant in Thailand - Edit
I’ve lived in Thailand for almost four years and this is by far the best healthiest vegan food place to eat at that is also super clean with very high quality ingredients at such a cheap price.

A vegan gem in Pai... - Edit
If you are a vegan, Pai is a wonderful place to be. There are quite a few good vegan restaurants to choose from. However, there is one that stands out from all the others. That one is Blossom Cafe. Nokk, the young woman who owns the place has created a lovely space in which to enjoy a nutritious and delicious meal. Every meal is lovingly prepared and beautifully presented. It is no small wonder why I keep going back again and again.

I heard about this place when they first opened a few months ago and I have been looking forward to coming up to Pai to visit since then.
Read moreI had high expectations and they were met if not exceeded! The smoothie bowls are some of the best I have ever tasted and they are so creative, unique and pretty. We also had some nice hot drinks as well as a delicious cheesecake.
The place has a really cool vibe and the owner is lovely.
I wish I'd had time to try more dishes as there was so much more that I wanted to try. I can't wait to come back. I just wish they were open for dinner and for an earlier breakfast.
Try it out, you will love it.

Read moreBlossom Cafe is delicious and the ladies who own it and work here are sweethearts. My partner and I came at the perfect time, just as they opened, so we we're able to lounge on the comfy cushions and sit down table.
I love that the menu describes the health benefits of the ingredients they use and the ladies prepare the dishes so thoughtfully on the plates. It's a pleasure seeing the food land on your table!
Everything we had today was delicious - I had the Superfood Iced Coffee with Coconut Milk and the Sunshine Smoothie Bowl, which is the best smoothie bowl I've had in Pai yet. The boyfriend had the Sunburst Smoothie and the Tempeh Platter and he loved both.
The prices are good, especially when you put into consideration the portion sizes. Not as cheap as a local thai food place obviously, but you're paying for what you get, and its well worth it, in my opinion.
Atmosphere is super relaxed and chill and the bathrooms are clean - There was a lovely group of people whom just arrived as we we're leaving, so I could only imagine the energy and atmosphere continued to stay happy and positive.
Look forward to going back! :)

Get the ‘Pork’ Roll!! - Edit
Blossom Cafe has a terrific but not overwhelming range of vegan food. All of their food is healthy and they have helpful descriptions by most foods which explain why the ingredients are good for you. Their cocao smoothie bowl was amazing but their Pork roll is to die for! It’s made with mushroom meat and is the tastiest sandwich I’ve ever had. This is one of my favourite places to eat in Pai :)

Best tempe burger ever! - Edit
Not only was this the best tempe burger I have ever had but also the best veg burger I have ever had. This would convert your carnivore friends! The tempe is marinated, the pesto sauce on the burger is so fresh and zesty and the dipping sauce on the side is creamy and I can't believe it is vegan! Not to mention the potatoes on the side are full of flavor. Every bite was an explosion of flavors and I ate the whole thing...which is huge. I had the mint smoothie bowl the day before and it was tangy and refreshing. It wasn't ice cold like some often are and I was glad about that. It was a unique blend and a large portion.

This cafe absolutely blew my mind, from the friendly owner Nokk to her amazing Tempeh Burger and the mint chocolate smoothie I drank, it was all just a sensory experience and i cannot wait to go back and try everything else on their fantastic menu. The atmosphere inside the cafe was very serene and beautiful and is in an easy to access location near the Pai Circus where i stayed.
