Si visitas Guadalajara, definitivamente no puedes dejar de ir a Blooming Onion. Es mi lugar favorito y siempre regreso cada vez que estoy en la ciudad. La comida es simplemente deliciosa, tienen de las mejores hamburguesas que he probado y, honestamente, todo el menú está increíble y bien preparado. El lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y con un ambiente súper agradable para comer ahí mismo y disfrutar con calma. Sin duda lo recomendaría a cualquiera, es un 10000/10. Además, si compras su pasaporte vegano, te regalan una plantita 🌱

It is simply incredible.
The diverse menu tasted and looked amazing.
I sat by the window where food goes out - everything looked next level.
And the place itself! Sprawling greenhouse with everything from cacti to bonsai - this place is more of an outing and a meal than a grab and go.
Sit down, enjoy the pet friendly vibe and delicious and gorgeously presented food.

La comida es deliciosa, y si te gustan los sabores fuertes y condimentos, y vas en plan de comer bien, uff, vas a amar este lugar. No te quedas con el estómago vacío o a medias, y comes en un ambiente super agradable: el piano y estanque con pececitos, un montón de plantas a tu alrededor que refrescan, los perritos que te hacen compañía y los y las meseras de lo más amables y atentxs. My favorite restaurant in Guadalajara - Edit
Come to this location instead of the other one if you can even though it’s further away from the city center. The menu here is more detailed in terms of the descriptions. The food is slightly better put together in terms of presentation( although both serve the same delicious food) and wait times are not long like the other one, and better service. And it’s in a nice garden. The other one is in a food court with plenty of restaurants serving animal products.
Read moreI had the happy farm burger here and it was too big and overwhelming and impossible to eat it like a burger and truly enjoy. It’s Too messy. But I have had their ultimate seitan burger and crispy mushroom at the other location and they’re amazing. The happy farm burger has a seitan burger patty.. a crispy chicken patty which I think is also seitan but deep fried and maybe seasoned differently. Chipotle dressing, mushroom bacon, vegan cheese and caramelizada onions.
I had the chicken ranch burger ( it was a daily special similar to the seta KFC burger but bigger and sloppier). With their Amazing crispy mushroom and mushroom bacon.and vegan ranch. The cheese I did not like at all (taste and texture) and I had to scrape it off. The burger was too sloppy and unmanageable for my taste.
