A safe haven in the North - Edit
2 vegan food options (a root heavy sandwich and a wonderful tofu poke bowl). Does have plant based milks for your coffee but the upcharge is steep (food is generally not cheap in Iqaluit).

Great little café, very popular with lots of local flavor. Amazing coffee and pastry selection (non-vegan), and 2 great vegan options on the menu - the superior vegan cava sandwich and the PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) bowl.
