Vegan options including sharables, yuca (specify no aioli), yuca chips with salsa, salads, tallarin saltado (specify vegetables and no meat), lo mein with vegetables, fried rice, bowls, rice & beans, plantains, and Cuban black beans. Be sure to specify vegan and ask to omit non-vegan ingredients when ordering. Open Wed 11:30am-9:00pm, Thu 11:30am-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-11:00pm, Sun 11:30am-8:00pm. Closed Mon and Tue.

Enjoyed visiting after our trip to Peru - Edit
My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting Peru last summer and enjoyed so many veganized traditional Peruvian dishes and were thrilled to find out that Bistro Peru is very accommodating when it comes to veganizing dishes.
Read moreAlthough there are no vegan-as-is dishes on their menu, if you tell them you are vegan they will work with you to find a delicious dish that will work with your preferences!
