Build salads or bowls

Patrons can fill out a form checking off what ingredients to include in a bowl or salad. Choice for protein includes tofu, but it is not plain, rather has sweetish sauce and is fried. Choice between white or brown rice; rice is present in large volume in the bowl. Sauces and dressings can be added to the order or served on the side.

Pros: Attentive service , Nice setting, Off-street parking

Cons: Slow kitchen preparation, long wait, Rice dominated the ingredient volume in the bowl
