Great vegan options in iconic venue and beautiful ambience

Bistro le Sam has a separate box of vegan and vegetarian options and labels for all dietary restrictions. They don’t advertise that they have vegan options, so that was a nice surprise. They have 3 vegan entrees and a vegan dessert. The restaurant is beautiful with great views, and it’s located in the iconic Chateau Frontenac hotel. I think the vegan menu is new.

Pros: Clearly labeled vegan options , Separate vegan and vegetarian section of menu , Great taste and presentation

Cons: Pricey
