Boy am I stuffed! - Edit
~€12 for 2 fresh spring rolls and a massive bowl of rice noodle with tons of tofu, some lettuce, peanuts, and soy sauce. It surprised me how much tofu and peanuts they put on top of that bowl, as restaurants usually tend to go light with such expensive ingredients. Also, the food came very fast, maybe in like 60 or 90 seconds, but it was no fast food in the avenue of taste and healthfulness. The food was fresh (both as in fresh-stale scale and also as in Vietnamese sour/sweet/zesty tasting fresh), well seasoned, and very flavorful. The place was teeming with employees and the service was lightning fast. This place would get 4,5 * from me if it were fully vegan. They would deserve the last half a star if they did something with the unpleasant air inside the restaurant.

The Vietnamese food is great and very authentic. It’s a great place to go to with friends as there are options for everyone (vegan, vegetarian, meat and fish). However, when we came to the restaurant the place was very crowded and the waiters were very stressed out and not very helpful, even though everyone can speak English.

the restaurant offer a few vegan dishes. I tried the summer rolls as a starter, which was rich in flavour. The main dish was a huge portion, the tofu was great. I hope they will offer more vegan options in the future!

Bistro Go is rush place in centrum of Brno with top of vietnamisse street food orchestra inside 👌I tryed vegetarian Bun bo Nam Bo chay and was delicious - so intense food experience. Spicy dips and extras to make it hotter. They are killing it. Boomz!♡
