This bistro is marketed as vegan here, but it isn‘t. Maybe vegetarian. But nonetheless some nice vegan dishes are offered here, like Lasagna. Also nice location with outdoor seating.

Pas d’autres choix pour manger vegan. Ce bistro fait le taff, l’endroit est un peu petit mais en été la terrasse est cool.

Tasty and centrally located - Edit
I went there with a non vegan friend one Saturday lunch in May and found it yummy and friendly. We were able to eat outside, which was very pleasant. Centrally located near the covered market in Ville Basse. In a town and region where there seems to be very few vegan options it was a good experience. The menu changes regularly. The photos represent what was on offer that day.
