Great vegan pizza - Edit
The pizza dough is excellent. I always get the lemon roasted kale. I just wish there were more vegan options.

The "birch" portion of their menu is vegetarian and can be made vegan on request by substituting with the vegan cashew cheese. I had the mushroom pizza with the vegan cheese and it was quite good. More recently I had the margarita pizza veganized and I wouldn't recommend it.
