Kamut pizza and fresh juices! - Edit
Located a litttle out of the main eating district but with parking just around the corner in residential area this cafe is really lovely. They only serve pizzas in the evening and not the buffet but being gluten intolerant this was not a problem as they have kamut pizza (low gluten). This was a real treat as I can never eat pizza in Italy usually. The cafe is modern with a nice outside seating area, inside is very clean and bright. Staff are very friendly, only italian menus, our waiter spoke a little english. Other yummy products on sale like flaxseed bars and dairy free ice creams. Also fresh juices! This type of cafe is very rare in Italy and we were so happy to have visited. I couldnt eat all my pizza so they kindly gave me a box to take it with me. Worth a visit if your in the area and like healthy food!

Best vegan pizza I have ever had! - Edit
We went to this place twice, once for the lunch buffet and once for dinner. There were only two non-vegan (but vegetarian) items for the buffet. The buffet had lots of great options. Unfortunately, pizza isn't part of the lunch buffet.
The vegan pizza we had for dinner was hands-down the best vegan pizza (with Mozzarisella vegan cheese http://www.mozzarisella.co.uk/) If only we had more time there, we would go back to try the other vegan pizza options.
There is a grocery store next to the restaurant, which has a lot of vegan grocery items as well.
Pros: Best vegan pizza, friendly/helpful staff, vegan lunch buffet
Cons: the non-veg items

Bio's cafe is not a veg restaurant but there are several options for vegetarian and vegan; you can find also veg pizza with "risella" (the veg alternative to mozzarella, made by rice milk). Young and very kind staff.
Pros: vegan pizza, healthy cuisine, friendly staff
Cons: small place
