Best vegan supplies in Beaune?

Of the three health stores in Beaune we felt this had by far the best selection of vegan foods (we also tried la Vie Claire and Bio Oddysee). Best of all, had excellent 'real' cultured/ fermented vegan cheeses, as well as various seitan and soya products. We couldn't find tempting vegan biscuits / cakes but maybe we missed something, it's quite a big shop. 30 minutes walk from Beaune on a ring road but a nice walk on back streets along Rue Pasteur.

Cons: Is not vegan or vegetarian, Needs more vegan sweet treats
