Intrigue rather than expectation led me to finally giving this place a shot. Long have I known of it as an option, but the idea that the quality of food might be worth it given the fact that it is essentially a chain restaurant was hard to shake. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but in this instance it scored me a rather decent meal.
Read moreThe first thing that piqued my interest, and raised my hopes, was the fact the menu was quite diverse in terms of offerings and even included items, such as the rather delicious khandvi, that I hadn’t come across before. Of course, it was also littered with classic dishes, of which there were some real winners; the samosas, sadly, were not among this group, but they were palatable nonetheless. Of said highlights, the bhel puri and the kulcha were the most notable, but the chole also proved to be no slouch.
Having overcome my prejudices, I would be more than keen to return here to explore the rest of the range that they have.
