Not bad, recipes could be improved. - Edit
The pizza had way too much zaatar in my opinion and the dough was not really traditional pizza dough (baking powder?). I think zaatar should not be burned in the oven with the dough. I was once served hot pita and fresh zaatar with olive oil. The mix was amazingly good. I had high expectations and this pizza failed.
Read moreThe hummus was very good, but the falafel was not that great. The worst part was that it was too oily, maybe the oil was not hot enough.

Standard kebab place - Edit
Wanted a quick lunch in Linz and went here based on the nice falafel reviews. This is the kind of place you will find pretty much on any street anywhere. Nothing special at all, but it's cheap. Had 2 falafel wraps which were small and with more lettuce than falafel.

Cons: Boring, Sad place, Very little falafel in wrap

Perfect snack - Edit
They have fresh and tasty falafel wraps (4 €) and other vegan dishes. As mentioned before, the best way to enjoy the food is eating at Donaulände on a sunny day. If you are really hungry you might need more than just one wrap.

The falafel dürüm is amazing! - Edit
If you want a fast and filling snack for not a lot of money this is one of the best vegan choices in Linz. The stuff is very friendly and the dürüm tastes awesome.

Great - Edit
€3 for a fresh, tasty falafel wrap - can't go wrong! It's not massively filled, but I quite liked that. For vegans they also do a falafel plate, a zatar pizza (now officially on the menu), baba ganoush with bread, and a salad. Definitely worth a trip if you want something quick, tasty and cheap! Note that there's no toilet there

Best Falafel in Linz - Edit
Big Joe is a really small place where you can get the most amazing falafel in a wrap or on a plate. I love the Falafel wrap because it's inexpensive, vegan, made fresh & delicious! It's the best vegan snack you can get in Linz.
Read moreZa'atar Pizza (pizza without cheese but with za'atar spice blend) is really good too when you're in the mood for pizza instead of falafel :)
Note: I'd give 5 cows for this place, but Happy Cow only allows 4 cows for non-vegetarian places.
Pros: inexpensive, sooo delicious, friendly staff

Falaffel! - Edit
A good falaffel isn't easy to find in Linz, but Big Joe will help you, if you need a snack while you're shopping in the city or visiting the weekly informationdesk of the VgT and www.veggies-linz.at on the Landstraße!

Simply the best falafel in town - Edit
At Big Joe's you'll get great falafel wraps with a nice hummous sauce. They are really great and ideal for a quick snack to stroll around. They fill you up completely!
Read moreThe interior is surely not top-notch, but Big Joe's is meant for takeway mainly. But the owners are very nice guys which are always up for a chat while you have your falafel :)
REMARK: instead of falafel you also may have a pizza without cheese for your vegan-needs. Ask for the "zatar" pizza without cheese, its really delicious! (isn't on the menu)
Pros: great falafel, nice owners
Cons: interior a bit shabby, but clean
