An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup confirmed vegan Feb 2020. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

Really cool “Chipotle” style fast food restaurant. Very solid healthy plant based options. I built my own vegan bowl using sweet potato noodles as the base. It was really good and the sauces are good too. Probably the best kimchi I’ve had. Highly recommended.

I LOVE Bibibop - Edit
They have rice or noodle bowls that you can put different toppings on and most are vegan! There’s tons of veggies like kale, kimichi, cabbage, cucumbers, mushrooms and other things like potatoes and pineapple to put on the bowls. The tofu is amazing. They have tons of sauces that they explicitly mark as vegan. Also free miso soup!
