Nice Modern Cafe - Edit
Bialy Bird has a great selection of vegan Bialys and one sandwich choice. The place is inviting, with a bright, modern vibe and some wood details.
Read moreI had the potato truffle Bialy with vegan cream cheese, and it was pretty tasty. It had a nice, crispy outside and a chewy inside. The sandwich was on a zatar Bialy, and it was flavorful, with the tomato shining. I’d definitely go back. Pricing is a bit high compared to bagels. Also, I think using modern flatware instead of disposable trays would be a great idea.

Awesome Bialy's, pretty good sandwiches - Edit
I love their Bialy, when I've been they've always had at least 3-4 vegan options and all have been unique and quite good, they include a potato truffle oil, zahatar, mushroom black garlic, curry carrot with nigella and miso onion.
Read moreTheir vegan sandwich is pretty good but kind of has the same issues many bagel sandwiches have....you take a bite and the fillings squeeze out so I'll probably stick to the bialys by themselves for future visits.
