From Pattaya on Sukhumvit Road you can take a White Songtal Baht Bus (20 baht) south to Na-Jomtien. The Best Vegan Restaurant is in the Mimosa Shopping Arcade and Cabaret Center on the east side of the road across from Ambassador City Hotel Complex.

Very friendly service
No frills restaurant, clean and bright. In a lovely setting with garden and fountain at the entrance.
Seats 24 on wooden chairs
They have A/C but when I was their all the windows were open and fans on.
Pricing is very reasonable.
Stir fried Basil Leaf with Vegan Pork 89b > served with brown rice – Very yummy
Jasmine Herb Rosella Juice 20b > Fantastic flavor!
Protein Steak 120b > cabbage, carrot & lettuce salad with no dressing – Fries from frozen that are mushy inside – the protein steak was covered with a mushroom and tomato sauce that seemed like ketchup, tasted okay
Spring Rolls (4 small) 80b > came burnt on the outside and cold on the inside > when I told her she suggested that it pick off the burnt parts
