Vegan dishes with European flavor - Edit
My husband and I tried this restaurant because of the dishes labeled vegan on their website. We shared both vegan dishes: vegetarian balls (like meatballs with a mushroom base) and potato roll stuffed with spinach. Both dishes were tasty and portions were large to the point that we were happy we shared! They also had a few flavors of sorbet and our favorite now in Switzerland (we also found it elsewhere) is the plum sorbet! Do drop by if you visit Kandersteg, you will enjoy it.
