Veg-Friendly Coffee Shop! - Edit
Bequest Coffee Co is a cute coffee shop in the Mill Creek Town Center. There are very few labeled vegan options in the area, and people rarely fully understand the term, so it’s refreshing. I ordered an açaí bowl, vegan (and gf!) chocolate chip cookie, and iced matcha with oat milk and lavender. The açaí was just okay, but to be fair, I am not a massive fan of açaí. The chocolate chip cookie was also just okay. However, my matcha was so tasty. The lavender was very clearly housemade, and the matcha itself was delicious. Lavender matcha is my favorite drink, and this was one of the better ones I have ever had.
Read moreThere were a few more vegan options than I ordered, including avocado toast. The person working was friendly, vegan-aware, and willing to answer my multiple veg questions.
In a bigger city, I would probably give this place three stars, but in Mill Creek, it is one of the better options.
