Best Pastries Ever!!! - Edit
I absolutely love the vegan pastries here! I am so glad there is an option for us now!! I have had the Vegan Bear Claw, The Vegan Croissant, the Vegan Chocolate Croissant and the Vegan Orange Cardamom Bun and they’re all SOOOO good!! My absolute favorite is the Vegan Orange Cardamom Bun though🫶🫶 I also love the aesthetic of the restaurant itself and even when there is a long line out the door it doesn’t take too too long to get in, get your pastries and go😄The ONLY bummer is that they have little to no options for actual vegan food. Maybe the avocado toast but you have to ask for a few items to be removed for it to be vegan😡

The owner is incredibly involved in the local food scene and has a lot of love for his product. At farmers markets the feature is the bread, but at the store they have an incredible pastry case. I appreciate that the vegan pastries are together in the same section, but not entirely walled off like a gf option. The pastry selection rotates but I've only seen 6 total options, with 3-4 different choices offered daily (closed Tuesdays) I'm sure with more demand will come more inventive options in their vegan section so make sure to come often 😋 would also love to see their seasonal options vegan available like the hot cross buns for easter

Best vegan pastries in town - Edit
Cute spot with a selection of vegan pastries, often having some that rotate in and out. There's also a wide selection of breads and a couple vegan/veg breakfast options, as well as oat milk for coffee. I have yet to try a single item here that I haven't enjoyed.

Both the vegan pasties and tartines are good those are the options that can be made vegan. There are vegan bear claws, croissants, chocolate croissants and morning buns. Along with avocado and eggplant tartines, but you have to clarify that you want it vegan.
