The best vegan dish I've ever had!

The plant-based kofta curry is so good that I want to try to make it at home, since I live far away from the Netherlands! It features the most flavorful chick'n in an addictive, spicy red sauce, served with basmati rice, pickled cucumber curls and pickled red onion, grilled pita and a grilled lime with fresh cilantro. So delicious! As a bonus you can watch the chef cook and all of the servers and bartenders are all super friendly. While located at a conference center/resort, the vegan food is worth a stop here if you're in the area for tulip-watching or the beach. This would also be a smart destination for your gathering, wedding or other event since they have lots of vegan catering options like crispy tofu over noodles with bean sprouts, cute asparagus sandwiches and more. Most of the beers served are vegan as well as many of the wines including the Brut and Merlot.
