Very expensive and meh taste - Edit
Not a lot of vegan options, mostly vegetarian. Too expensive and the food did not taste very good. Children over two years old pay as well whereas the food is not really adapted to them, especially if they're vegan. We were very disappointed.

An all you can eat buffet (€15.90 @ Sept 22) with a decent choice of dishes. On our visit this included: tomato & mozzarella tart, mushroom tart, lasagne, veggie crumble, potato gratin and more. Food was tasty and freshly prepared. Enjoyed not having to work out if there was meat in anything (we are in France after all...) Staff were friendly and helpful. Not cheap, although comparable to most places around the town, but bear in mind that drinks and dessert are extra. Opening times are not long so best to check before going. Recommended.

Buffet style ‘all you can eat’ for mains, while dessert and drinks are extra. Food was ok, some dishes a bit bland, others with lots of flavor. Several vegan options, including two for dessert. Was nice to enjoy lunch here.

Homemade and friendly - Edit
Nice little restaurant with very friendly staff and a big homemade buffet. The majority of the food is labeled as vegan, you pay by plate per person whilst drinks and dessert cost extra. The dishes are all based on vegetables, there is a salad section but you can also choose between different gratins, little vegan tartes or other vegetable plates.

Le buffet à volonté coûte 14,50€ (1 seul ticket resto accepté par personne). Les entrées (tartinades, crudités) étaient véganes. Par contre, seul 3 plats principaux étaient véganes, aucune tarte végane. Un peu déçue par le choix et le goût...

Un très bon buffet pour végétariens - Edit
Un restaurant petit et familial, et qui a l'audace de proposer un buffet à volonté uniquement végétariens, avec quelques propositions veganes et sans gluten.

Seul bémol : si vous voulez manger uniquement du vegan, le prix est trop élevé pour manger seulement des légumes cuits et des soupes... Et le gérant ne semble pas enclin à en faire plus (des échanges tendus ont eu lieu avec des personnes vegans demandant plus de produits vegans, dommage !)

Super tasty all you can eat buffet - Edit
We went there with my family and we all (vegetarians or not) loved it. There are a lot of different vegetarians and vegans dishes made with local and seasonal products. It is a bit small, so it’s good to arrive quite early.

Mieux vaut y arriver tôt, si on veut avoir du choix, car bien que la cuisine tourne à fond, le succès de certains plats vous laisse parfois sur votre faim.

Restaurant végétarien avec un large choix vegan. Très bon accueil de la part du personnel qui nous explique le fonctionnement du restaurant et répond à nos questions avec plaisir.
Read moreRestauration en buffet à volonté (14€) mais aussi à emporter. Les entrées sont vegans et une bonne partie des plats chauds le sont (par exemple un très bon "crumble" aux carottes, brocoli, et chou-fleur ou encore une tartelette oignons caramélisés/patate douce). Les produits sont frais, locaux et bios au plus possible, les pâtes à tarte sont faites maison, pas de congélateur ni de micro-ondes.
Non compris dans le buffet : les boissons (bières, bionades, jus de fruits bio (2€80)) et desserts (beaucoup sont vegans : fondant au chocolat, pudding au lait de coco et lemon curd...).
Pensez à réserver, le restaurant se remplit vite !

Great for vegetarians! - Edit
I went to this buffet style vegetarian restaurant when I lived near Besançon (I was vegetarian whilst living in France) and it was absolutely delicious. I probably wouldn't be able to enjoy it the same way, or even eat anything at all there, as I am now vegan... But it is a fantastic option for vegetarians and omnivores!
Read moreThe food was really excellent, and you can keep returning to get more as it's a buffet. It has a nice homecooked feel to it and all the dishes felt like rich, hearty comfort food.
They also have boxes for take-out and as far as I know, the takeout options are a bit more restrictive (like choose three dishes, etc.) than eating unlimited from all the options if you choose the buffet option.
All in all, great for vegetarians and omnivores alike, not so great for vegans. :)
Pros: Delicious, Plentiful, Rich and hearty dishes
