I really like to go shopping in this place, even though it's a bit expensive, but at least all organic!
You have a very big choice of vegan and vegetarian products. They are signed as "vegan" on a green sign next to the price. They have many different tofu options and many soy yogurts in different flavors. You can even get a vegan pepperoni pizza and vegan ice cream! The bakery has a vegan breaktime snack "Pausenbrot". If You want to cook Asian they have some good things for it there, too. It's very close to the central station!

I love Basic because they have just about everything and items I can't find anywhere else. They also label vegan products and have recently added raw products as well. It is probably the only shop I can go to and get everything on my list. Some items you can find here which other area shops do not have: tempeh, brown rice syrup, edamame, low sodium tamari, vegan cream cheese.

This supermarket has a very wide selection, but the prices are not a bargain. If you are looking for bread or produce, you could save money shopping somewhere else (although it's convenient to have it all in one place). However, the store has an excellent selection of soy and other vegan products. It also has other products that are not available in other stores.
