Open-air vegetarian cafe on a country road with view of the Judean hills. It's known hub for hikers and bikers, and serves as an information center for exploring the region's sites. Serves traditional Israeli dishes plus salads, pasta, pizza, calzones, baked goods, and dessert: more than half of the menu is vegan or can be made vegan. Locally produced beer and wine are on tap, as are a variety of hot and cold drinks. Most of the seating is outside. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-7:00pm.
