Perhaps the best restaurant I went to during a four days' stay in Jersey

This is a very nice restaurant. Nice decoration - it's beautiful. We had to do with Asian waiters and waitresses and they were absolutely charming - good sense of humour!
I think there were even more vegan options than the ones I had, but everything was very pleasing.
The only little thing that I want to say is, that it was a bit noisy - mostly men in the restaurant that night, but I know that it's a question of mentality in most nothern countries, so I'm not going to scream out loud about that.... I'm Danish, but have lived most of my life in France.
I am even a bit astonished that this restaurant wasn't already on Happy Cow - I had noticed it quite some time ago. It is perhaps a slight bit expensive.
