Pretty good Banh Mi, fresh and tasty!

There were also Marinated Tofu Rice Bowl, and a Noodle Bowl on the menu too and clearly marked vegan. The veg sprig rolls are also suitable for vegans.
I noticed the Tofu Banh Mi was assembled separately to where the cooked meat is prepared.
