Bland, cold tofu banh mi for like $13 - Edit
I had to pay for extra tofu to get an amount I would consider average for a banh mi. Also the tofu was fridge cold which is not typical, usually it’s warm or at least room temp. Kinda odd.

The broth in the vegan pho doesn’t have much taste, though sriracha and hoisin helped with that. “Extra” tofu brought the total to 1 in x 1 in pieces. All this said, it was a hot soup with veggies on a day I really needed that, served quickly.

*tofu Banh mi- good, but there were only two tiny cubes of tofu on it! Also, maybe Banh mis are supposed to be like this but the bread was uncomfortably hard

Vegan Option - Edit
Though they only have one or two vegan options, this restaurant is a great option for a quick dine in or take out meal if you work in Hartford. The service was great, and the Pho was delicious!

The restaurant only has one vegetarian dish, but the owner serves it with pride at having this alternative available for vegetarians. It was tasty, and I'd stop there again.
