Vegan Tacos

I am a snob when it comes to tacos, and I was pleasantly surprised by this Balinese interpretation of tacos! The tortillas are not tortillas (which was not surprising), but the taco filling was delicious. It was a sweet mixture that included jackfruit and beans. Next time, I will just ask for the taco filling in a bowl with shredded lettuce.
