I customized a bowl with what noodles, tofu, broccoli, kale, and some other veggies and it was simple but honestly really fresh and delicious.

Great online ordering interface and ingredients are fresh, plenty of opportunities to customize (rice, noodles, greens, or a mix). Online ordering lets you specify vegan. But only vegan protein option is tofu and it’s a pretty basic preparation. A solid year-round downtown option for takeout.
