Nice carrot cake but small and busy place

I liked the carrot cake: it contained a lot of walnuts and carrots, which made it healthy and gave it a nice level of sweetness.
Their juices were quite good as well, but I didn’t like their Vegg sandwich. I expected better bread from a bakery and the ‘egg’ salad contained too much raw green onions.

The place is quite small and tends to be busy, even in the afternoon.

Cons: No vegan markings on menu

Good breakfast at Muiderpoort

If you need a breakfast in this area this is the place. Fresh bread and coffee. The jam was suprisingly good. Lunch might be more interesting for vegans based on the other reviews.

Pros: fresh bread, good jam

Cons: oat milk cost extra

Delicious food and wonderful ambience

The freshest, tastiest bread I've ever had. Combined with delicious hummus and grilled vegetables left me drooling in my sleep for days afterwards.

Staff were more than happy to cater for vegans and kept surprising me with delicious brunches. You can smell the bread from the street, after which there's no going back!

The team here are incredibly friendly and you will be foolish to not stop by. I humbly request you do so, it will be the finest bread you'll eat in the whole of the Netherlands.

Best Croissants in town!

Adorable small bakery and café with very lovely staff. You immediately feel welcome when chatting with the owners. Family-flair! Most ingredients are local and many organic, m, all home-made! The best thing: it smells like freshly baked croissants. They can compete with french croissants! Absolutely delicious; surely the best in Amsterdam! The food-elevator makes ordering your breakfast fun, not only for kids, and you can keep a close eye on the baking in progress while having your croissant!
