Great local bakery with some vegan options - Edit
The cardamom buns are phenomenal! They also usually have a vegan bacon egg and cheese sandwich that is pretty good. Excellent flavored lattes and no up charge for non-dairy milk. Fresh baked bread by the loaf. Would be five stars but happy cow will only allow 4 stars max for non vegan restaurants.
