Chorizo tacos - Edit
Chef Jacob combined available plant based ingredients to make us chorizo and onion tacos with pico and guac. I appreciate they allow substitutions and could accommodate a vegan meal so that we could have a convenient bite with omnivore friends.
Read moreNo dishes on the menu are marked vegan. If taco bus had been opened, we may have gone there.

The nachos with the plant based chorizo is fantastic, and the street corn ribs are always amazing.
