Large selection of affordable vegan snacks - Edit
Backstube is a bit of a lifesaver in Norway, where finding vegan food is still something of a challenge.

They should restock during the day - Edit
This is the smallest Backstube I’ve been to and I have to say they seem to sell less products here. Plus if you go in the afternoon they’re sold out of many things. Very good location though

Few vegan options - Edit
There were many vegetarian options and a few vegan options available. I had pastrie with berries and it was tasty and I was happy with it! For coffee they had oat milk if you choose to have a filter coffee. Coffee was also good.

Go savoury over sweet - Edit
The salt and pepper pretzel was great. The sweet pastries were a bit cold and stodgy even first thing in the morning although redcurrants added some welcome zing.

Not a fan of the red currant pastry, but I love the cherry one. The børeks tend to be good, especially if you get them warmed up.

Very good Sanwiches - Edit
Got a very delicious sandwich with some satay shnitsel bites on it! Most of The intems were vegetarian but they had a few (very good) vegan options!

Small, often sold out - Edit
This is a very small branch, and if you arrive late, they might be completely sold out of vegan options. Their vegan pastries are really good, especially Kirsebærdrøm ("cherry dream", pastry filled with cherry jam).
