Great Taste Hefty Servings - Edit
We had a great meal here today. Everything was delicious and abundant. The prices very reasonable, specially in this city. The ambiance is sort of picnic tables, order at the counter and sit, very relaxed. A single disappointment was the white bun with the great vegan burger. Odd since the house bread was super. We will return if we can during our stay in Madrid.

Small, punk, DIY place in Madrid, activism vibes are in the air! Go if you’re in for fried food (I think everything is fried here), loudness, kindness and a very relaxed atmosphere. We loved it!! We also bought coffee beans from zapatistas communities!

Ho cenato da sola in questo locale rustico ma super sfizioso. Le porzioni sono davvero abbondanti, e i costi bassi. Avendo ordinato due piatti, di cui uno molto abbondante, il ragazzo che mi ha servito mi ha dato una mezza porzione facendomi lo sconto. Ho pagato pochissimo e sono uscita super piena e soddisfatta. La tortilla di patate è squisita, così come le polpette col sugo!

Cuando todo el mundo pensaba que esto del veganismo era una moda pasajera más, seguro que la gente de B13 se lo tomaron a risa; de eso hace ya más de 13 años. Así pues, el veganismo es una forma ética, moral y ecológica de entender de entender la vida. En este restaurante lo llevan hasta el mejor de los extremos.
Read moreSituado en todo el meollo del Madrid más castizo, el restaurante ofrece lo que podríamos considerar comida «rápida» con sello madrileño, puedes comer desde una tortilla de patatas, un bocadillo (de calamares, algo tan popular de la capital), un perrito caliente, unas albóndigas, un chorizo o unas croquetas. Y encima, todo vegano. ¿quién podría pedir más? Además, los precios son «populares» como claro estandarte de militancia en favor de la clase obrera. Podríamos considerarlo como un restaurante de comida de batalla en todos los sentidos, ya que también apoyan causas justas de índole social y humanitarios.
Al final, acudir a este local es, sin duda, una de las cosas que hay que hacer alguna que otra vez cuando visitas Madrid. No es lo más sano, pero sí lo que probablemente te ponga alegre durante un rato.
Pros: Menú y multitud de opciones veganas, Ambiente punki del sitio, Calidad-precio inmejorable
Cons: La atención se resiente cuando está lleno, No hay sistema de reserva, La espera para comer puede ser larga

Delicious vegan food and chill hangout spot in the centre of Madrid. We got the salchipapas, hummus and carrots, and onion rings. Everything was delicious and the staff were so friendly. They even serve Palestine cola. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in Madrid!

Típico bar del centro de Madrid, pero en versión 100% vegetal. Encontrarás una tortilla de patatas increíble (solo la suelen tener al medio día), croquetas de muerte, el típico bocata de “calamares”… El sitio está muy bien, muy céntrico, con muy buen ambiente, los chicos son muy amables y los precios están genial.

Wasn't sure if I'd have time to eat here and was sad but made it work and kind of wish I hadn't, seitan sandwich was big and really good but the mushroom croquetas were almost inedible. Maybe an off day?

Me quedé con ganas de ir más veces y seguir probando cosas de la carta, cuando volvamos por Madrid volveremos a ir.
Consejo: ir pronto o dispuestos a esperar con buena actitud, ya que es un local muy frecuentado y se llena rápido. Nosotros fuimos a las 20:10 recién abiertos para cenar y nos sentamos sin esperas, pero enseguida tuvieron cola en la puerta.

Me encanta este sitio. Los chicos son majísimos, la comida riquísima, raciones abundantes, muy buen ambiente. El bocadillo de chorizo y la tarta de queso en tarro impresionantes. We were welcomed with a smile from the beginning. The people were nice and the food was yummy. I enjoyed having a homemade burger again. Good size portions. We would definitely come here again. I only wish they were open a little earlier for dinner but oh well. This is Spain

We were glad we came relatively early (in the evening) as it filled up pretty quickly and there were people waiting outside. We would have liked to try pretty much everything on the menu, with vegan versions of so many classic tapas, and loved what we had: choripapas, a piece of tortilla (so big!), mushroom and garlic croquetas, and an escalope (lovely tender seitan).
Read moreWe came back a second time as soon as it opened for lunch, and we weren’t the first to arrive and wait for the doors to open. Within minutes it was packed. This time we had salchichas al vino, a perrito (hotdog) and a bocadillo with seitan a la plancha and peppers. Again everything was fantastic and it was a lot of food.
And again the staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately they didn't have calamari, on either our first or second visit.
