Hidden gem - Edit
We were very happy to swing by that place on our way back from the beach. The food was full of flavor and reasonably priced. Beautifully hidden oasis at a very busy road. Vegan items clearly marked on the menu.

The food here is absolutely amazing. I love their double guacamole burger so much. The pizzas are good. The juices are refreshing. I’ve eaten here so many times and love this place so much. The outside area is beautiful and the staff is super friendly!

Carta muy extensa, con opciones vegetarianas veganizables todas, y muchas opciones veganas. Raciones de tamaño grandes y servicio muy rápido. El bocadillo de chorizo estaba muy rico, los nachos bien nada más, nada especial. El agua de pepino y limón muy buena, y pedimos para desayunar mañana pan de muertos vegano, que aún no probé.

I love this place. It has tons of seating area surrounded by lushes greenery and has an indoor air conditioned area as well. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans with lots of choices on the menu. An excellent breakfast, brunch, and/or lunch spot in the city!

A must for vegan in Merida! Nice vibe, calm and nice music. The smoothies are extra creamy and very fresh. I wanted to take everything on the menu, but finally I took the taco al pastor. Wow! One word: perfect!
Read moreThere were no mosquitoes during our visit, but the nice waiter even offered us mosquito repellent. Very helpful waiter :) If I go back to Merida, Avocado will definitely be in my to-do list!

We went to the downtown location in Calle 60. The place has many options, including vegan pancakes for breakfast. They have fresh seasonal fruit water every day. The portions are abundant and they have free parking available.

We just took our second trip to Merida and Avacados was at the top of our list to dine. We were a bit disappointed they had moved out of centro, but the drive was fairly easy. We arrived for our first breakfast at Avacados and we must say our waiter Roger was the nicest young man!! We couldn't have asked for better service. Our 16 year old son ordered the banana hotcakes and said they were the best he has ever had. We plan on making the trip to Merida again and Avacados will always be on our to do list!

We went two times, loved the nachos, smothies, chilaquiles and nugets. We would give 5 stars but one waiter was quite mean the second time. :/ Not a bad thing but we have been to better places with better service.

Having traveled frequently in Mexico and eaten my fair share of quesadillas, it was a real treat to have dinner at Avocado. I had the vegetable paradilla with tofu. It was tasty but after eating a portion of the meal, the marinade became too salty for my taste. I also sampled the mushroom ceviche which was by far my favourite, the asparagus soup which was my second favourite had a very unique taste, the avocado tenders were nice, and the spicy mushrooms were just ok. Very economical meal. Vegan options clearly marked. Enjoyable music by a live guitar player.
