Lovely spot - Edit
Had lunch today and was delighted with the location. Because it’s the weekend, parking was easy and we had zero wait. Food was delicious~beautiful, fresh, lush greens; tasty sauces; rich warming soup and yummy shortbread desserts. We enjoyed chatting with the owner who provided prompt friendly service and made us feel very welcome. Come out and support these good folks who make such great vegan food!💚💚💚

A great new option in North San Diego County - Edit
We had the BTLA Burger and a Mexican Fiesta Bowl. Both were excellent. The location is near a tech park, so it's busy-busy at lunchtime. Plenty of outdoor seating, but not sure what they do on the few days that it's cold or rainy. I guess you opt for to-go. We will be back!

Terrific for Breakfast - Edit
So many tempting options! We shared the oatmeal, which came with blueberries, banana, and a maple syrup drizzle, topped with hemp seeds, which was just delightful. We also shared the breakfast burrito, which came with salsa and guacamole and a side of chips that were like Fritos. It was just perfect. We also had the berry smoothie and couldn’t pass up buying a blueberry muffin to go. Avo is in a location that gets very busy with business customers at lunchtime, but there was no wait at all for breakfast.
