Vegan cafe est. 2017 inside the Sanctuary Centre, formerly as Full Bloom and changed ownership in 2018. Offers same menu with a variety of foods including wraps, bakery treats, pizza, sandwiches, vegan egg benedict, and the impossible burger. At the Sanctuary Tower - use either entrance from the parking below the tower, or at the cross with Yamato Rd. Drive into garage and go to elevator B and take it to level 1. Reported closed December 2021.

Tried the BLT Wrap and the Cuban - Edit
I enjoyed the BLT wrap. It was my first time trying tempeh bacon and I was quite surprised how well it turned out. I would get this again if I want something light.
Read moreThe Cuban I believe could’ve been a little better. The taste of the mustard and the pickles overpowered a lot of the other flavors. I only tried it once, so if you want to try it I would suggest asking for the pickles/mustard on the side or to ask them to go light on the mustard.

The Cuban was pretty good, the lime and orange was very different compared to what I’ve had before. I was waiting for a few minutes until the chef finally came to the counter. I was very friendly and outgoing but he wasn’t very helpful and or enthusiastic. Probably won’t go back as well as $15 for a Cuban and potato wedges with minimum flavor doesn’t really feel worth it.

This restaurant is the only place that I swear gets better everytime. Not only is it safe but delicious. I had the wedge salad which is amazing and the breakfast sandwich I am still craving a second. Please go and support this local small business.

The beyond burger was great and served with potato wedges. The bun was gluten-free too! My aunt who eats meat ordered the vegan crab cakes and thought they were great. The location is strange because it is in a office building. But the restaurant itself was cute, and outdoor seating is available. Parking lot under the building with visitor spots. I took a chocolate peanut butter cup to go and it was delicious!

Happy Cow came through again with a great find. We happened to be nearby when We decided to grab a bite. They have many creative dishes. I had the black bean and sweet potato bowl my brother who is not vegan had the BBQ jack fruit bowl and admitted it was very good. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable.

Inconsistent and not vegan owned and operated. - Edit
My wife and I used to go all the time but they started to get inconsistent. They stopped making the quiche with just egg and started using tofu, I’m guessing to save money but the price stayed the same. Then they tried to up sell impossible meat because it was “getting popular and hard to get” which if you’re health conscious impossible meat is awful for you. Then we found out the family that runs it isn’t even vegan “they just saw a great opportunity” and the recipes came with the restaurant they bought from the previous owner. To me it’s just not worth going when there are other vegan owned restaurants out there that could use the support.

On our recent weekend trip we had dinner here. The food was fabulous, I had the Cuban jackfruit sandwich and my husband had the jackfruit ropa vieja. Both were outstanding especially the Cuban sandwich. We also ordered the air fryer fries and the seitan wings. I appreciated having these options not fried, but air fried. We also indulged in their baked goods, all delicious. The place is a little hard to find as it’s in an office building and not a store front. Parking is below the building, it’s worth the effort. Very friendly and personable service. Will definitely be back when visiting the area.

In search of an authentic plant based food while visiting south FL. I found A & V. Wow, what a great find, great food, and Amy was super terrific as our guide to choosing deliciousness. My mom and I split the Superfood Ranch Salad - OMG and the lentil mushroom burger - very good, too. The ketsup for the fries - well, that was geat, too. For dessert we shared a key lime pie sort of... did I say great. Don't be food by the directions, it's located on the 1st floor of an office building and worth seeking. We will probably eat there again before heading back to the ATL.

a bit hard to find, but totally worth the search (it’s in the northern courtyard of the big black glass office buildings). food was super fresh and really tasty. portions were great for my jackfruit ropa vieja bowl and the chocolate peanut butter dessert was delicious. would highly recommend to anyone looking for awesome local vegan fare.

An amazing place for a Sunday brunch - Edit
We had a great experience here. We went for brunch and the food was delicious. There homemade crab less cake recipe with palm heart is superb and the egg Benedict are for my part very satisfying. Ambiance is nice and décoration very charming. Do not hesitate before you stop there.

Amy is awesome! Very knowledgeable and attentive. We shared the crab cakes and we both really liked them. We also shared an impossible burger and thought it was very tasty. The buffalo chicken sandwich lacked taste and was kind of hard to chew, maybe it wasn't fresh...not sure. We also sampled the chocolate chip cookie and it was delicious. Our bill including tip was $47 so kinda pricey for such inexpensive proteins but it was worth it. We went to Blondie's bakery and cafe in Boynton Beach afterwards for yummy desserts. Not sure if this place is on par with Clovermint but it was good.
