This is a great new place in Huntsville. You can order a salad or a bowl (the bowl includes rice) and add black beans or kidney beans and any vegetables you want; everything except avocado is included in the price. Most of the dressings are vegan (the ones marked PB and K,P,V). Do yourself a favor and try the cilantro lime dressing. Most of the daily soups are vegan as well. They also have smoothies, which I haven’t tried yet, but I’m sure they’re good.

Pros: Almost everything is vegan-friendly , Knowledgeable owner , Affordable
Cons: Not fully vegan (sells crawfish/shrimp/etc.)
