Purely vegan chocolaterie - Edit

I agree with previous reviews.

The service is great, the staff is very open and willing to share details about the origin of their beans, the manufacturing, etc.

Many varieties of chocolate bars (I wish they had something around 90% too) and bonbons.

When I visited (winter) they offered also a freshly made hot chocolate drink and a chocolate mousse. Two counter seats are available for you to enjoy their products.

Pros: all vegan, yummy, friendly staff

Cons: none

Amazing vegan cholocate maker - Edit

I have nothing more to say than previous reviews. This place is small but offers very good artisanal chocolates made by a vegan and professional. The owner is very friendly, chooses himself the chocolate pods he will use and he produces very good pieces of chocolate. You can taste the differences between many of them, all have a lot of flavours. In summer, he also has ice cream wrapped with chocolate and nuts. Amazing! You must absolutely stop here.

Pros: all vegan and homemade chocolate, original, tasty, vegan ice cream, super-friendly owner

excellent chocolate place!!! - Edit

I would like to thank the owner for the wonderful experience with this cute chocolate place. He was the only one at the store, and there were two customers already when I walked in. The guy immediately greeted me and asked if it was my first visit there. He offered a few samples. He's very patient. I was really happy to find this place and would love to get more next time.

"Thank you so much for the great chocolate and very welcoming inviting service!!!"

Pros: good quality/great chocolate, extremely kind owner

Best Chocolates! - Edit

This place was amazing! When my sister and I went we were greeted by guy that makes the chocolates. He treated us really well and gave us a lot of samples from the chocolate bars and truffles. He explained how they made there chocolates and the different cacao beans they use. It is the best chocolate we had ever tasted. We left with 38 pieces of chocolate, 3 bars, and 2 spreads. I will say that this is the best chocolate store in Paris!

Pros: Speak in English, A lot of options to choose from

Cons: A little in the expensive side

Superb chocolates and passionate vegan owners - Edit

I visited Ara recently after it was recommended to me by two friends who raved about it. I had the pleasure of meeting Andres, who is one half of the team behind Ara. He and his wife are proper chocolatiers and they craft their chocolates from bean to bar (and they have bars, pralines, chocolate spread and more). It's all handmade with passion and serious craft. And the results are spectacular. One of the finest chocolates I've ever tasted. And they're both vegan. A must visit when in Paris

Pros: Vegan , Delicious, Bean to bar craft

Cons: None
