Not good or clean

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience. Our server, Kyra, was friendly, attentive, and did her best throughout the meal, so I really appreciate her effort.

The restaurant itself wasn’t very clean, and several of the tables were sticky. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, but it tasted old, so we sent it back. The replacement was a little better, but still not what I expected.

For my entrée, I had the Impossible Burger with fries. Sadly, the burger was not good at all and was very disappointing.

On a positive note, the manager was kind, apologized, and comped our meal, which I appreciated. While the customer service from both Kyra and the manager was good, the food quality and cleanliness made this an overall disappointing experience.
