Solo verduras y patatas

En el menú había moussaka vegana pero no la tenían disponible. El único plato vegano era un plato de verduras y patatas.

Great vegan options

Very tasty and good value food in a great location right next to the main beach in Paleokastritsa. Lots of options to choose from.

Some vegan options

Had the vegan Yiros. It was a big portion, good taste and average price for Corfu (13€). Some Greek dishes have a vegan option which is nice!

Beach restaurant

Plenty of vegan and Vegetarian options. I had the cous cous burrito with no cheese. Menu labeled well. Even says you can have a vegan version of Traditional Yiros. Vegan vanilla icecream & mango sorbet as well 😊

Good vegan greek food

We had the vegan gyros and briam, both were delicious! A great place for veganized greek food.

Delicious vegan moussaka

Friendly staff, great Greek vegan options, from a traditional green beans pie to moussaka! All items marked v can be vegan.

They also have some really nice vegan pain au chocolate, almond pastry, vegan falafel, vegan cheese and chutney panini and many more options in the bakery!

Pros: Vast options, Flavour , Beautiful location

Cons: Slightly pricey

🍆

I finally got to eat a moussaka! And it was as good as expected. A tad expensive, but justified by the location and food quality 👌🏻

Multiple vegan options

Quite a few vegan options - we had vegan gyros - the portion sizes are big and it was delish (not greasy or oily). Chocolate cake for pudding was well sized and nice. The setting of the restaurant was nice (nicer than the bar) it was nice to sit in the sun and people watch. Staff were friendly.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Vegan pudding , Nice view

Great vegan options

This was a great lunch spot. We tried the vegan yiros, which was fab. Massive portion of yiros atop chips, pitta (great pitta!), and salad on the side. The yiros was beautifully seasoned and had a nice texture to it. We also had the Greek salad with vegan feta. Friendly staff, great view of the rocky cliffs and beach.

Pros: Quite a few vegan options, Traditional Greek foods with vegan meat/cheese, Big portions

Cons: Close to road, but the views make up for it.

Good vegan food

They have a special dietary choices menu that includes greek salad with vegan feta cheese, possibility of adding it to many other dishes, veggie fried patties, pizza you can probably customze.

Nice place, tasty food

A lot of vegan options for corfu standards. The vegan Yiros and the vegan Panini were very delicious. We payed 24€ for two dishes and two soft drinks. The space wasn’t crowed in October, but could imagine that it is in summer time.

The daily soup was delicious, hummus not so much

They have separate vegan menu, which is great and enough choices, but hummus was not from chickpeas rather from peas and not fully cooked ones…pita by hummus was burnt…

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Lovely waiter who knew my language thanks😊🙌🏼, Lovely view

Cons: Pita was burnt, Hummus not well cooked, Vegan dishes pricy

Very good Yiros

I'll start by saying that the location is wrong. Don't take it directly from Happy cow, write Hotel Apollon on google maps. The staff is nice and u can also enjoy the sea and some traditional vegan food, like feta and Yiros. Also vegetarian options, of course.

Pros: Vegan and gluten free , Vegan traditional food, By the sea

I came back with a new addition. Be careful as not everything that the menu statea, is vegan, vor example the lasagna, it says vegan but it's vegetarian, with real cheese.

Good options but underwhelming

Along with a few starter, salad and traditional menu options which happen to be vegan there is a specific special dietary needs menu with vegan and gf options including cheeseburger, moussaka, gyros and Greek salad. I chose the moussaka. The portion size was very generous but the flavour was just ok and could have benefitted from more seasoning so I was a bit disappointed.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is great.

Gewoon lekker

Ik had de vegan Gyros als lunch. Ik heb lekker en veel gegeten, maar zou niet zeggen dat dit restaurant een topper is waar je naartoe MOET gaan.

Nice

At first it seems to be very nice place. Just the first impresion went away when you see These dirty tables and sticky menues.
I have ordered some gluten free vegan spagety meat balls. It took them at least 20 minutes to prepare the food.
Then i have received pene pasta instead of spagetti and They were very overcooked. But the food was Good.
Nothing special but I am hlad I could eat someting vegan.
Humus with pita bread was Also nice.

Nice but not everything vegan that should be

I ordered the vegan lasagna and it was fine at first. After a few minutes the waitress came back to tell me that the lasagna is actually vegetarian, not vegan. I found it very mindful to inform me about this but I don't understand why they declarate it as vegan then? Anyways, I ordered the vegan yiros with chips and salad and it was amazing! But be careful, i found a small piece of bacon towards the end of the meal. I guess they cook it on the same oven and didn't clean it too well before cooking my dish because they were very busy today. This should not happen anyways, of course. All in all it was a good experience and this restaurant had the most vegan options in paleokastrita.
We also got something from the bakery nextdoor which belongs to the same restaurant/hotel which was clearly displaying the vegan options.

We did not eat at the restaurant because...

... the address at Happy Cow is wrong! We found it by chance cuz I saw a little bakery aside the hotel/restaurant (but also belongs to it), and curious as I am, decided to take a look to see if something at the bakery vegan is. My surprise was to see that they have a LOT of vegan pastries and sandwiches: wild green pie, chocolate croissant, almond pie, sausage roll, cheese pastry, vegan burgers with salad and hummus or sweet chili sauce, and so on! The most expensive option costs only 3€! Almost all of them 2,80€ each, and the chocolate croissant (huge!!!) was 2,20€. Everything is freshly made and warm. The woman who works there is very nice. Highly recommended!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Cheap, Good snack to eat at the beach or on a budget

Cons: Suggestion: they could offer fresh juices😄

We enjoyed it but the meat eaters didn’t!

We ate here for lunch, the location is beautiful, right next to the sea. We had the falafel and vegan cheese panini and some hummus and pita to share. This was nice enough and didn’t cost a lot considering the location (€7.50 for the panini and it’s served with salad) the rest of our party had meat options and said they were not great. I had white wine which wasn’t good either (my first bad one in Corfu) staff were nice and spoke English😄nice that they have vegan and vegetarian options clearly listed.

Pros: Clearly labeled vegan options

Nice to have vegan options, but room for improvement

We had a vegan burger and a falafel panini. The burger was ok, the fries were good. The panini was a dry, the falafel patties were to had to chew.

The staff was polite, but we had to wait quite long

Many vegan choices!

I had a few things on their menu. I tried:
- bruschetta, which was delicious
- hummus, which was alright
- vegan Greek Salad, which didn‘t have any dressing
- vegan moussaka, which was quite bland, but had a variety of veggies, beans and lentils in it

Pros: Many vegan options, Prices ok, Nice waiters

Cons: Food quite bland

Great vegan cheese sandwiches!

We had two sandwiches from the small deli part of the restaurant which advertised 4 vegan choices on different breads. Freshly made with really tasty cheese! Great snack at the beach. Recommend for a light lunch.
