Perfect for late night snacks and drinks - Edit
The perfect place to go if you're looking for a late night snack/meal, especially if you're drinking and are in a group of friends with varying diets. The staff is super nice, the food is quick, and everything vegan is marked clearly.

Koreatown eatery with some vegan options - Edit
This is located in the middle of Manhattan's Koreatown. There are loads of Korean restaurants on this stip, but few have clearly labeled vegan options, so this place is an exception.
Read moreThe entrance is not obvious from the street; you need to go to the 3rd floor. I came for lunch; my sense is that it gets busier with young people late at night. The vegan dish I had--and Impossible Cupbop--was tasty and fine. There are better places for vegan food in Koreatown, however--most notably, Hangawai (down the block) and Franchia (which is a few blocks a way from the main part of Koreatown).
