Incredibly Vegan-Friendly - Edit
This place had been on our list to try for a very long time, and we are so glad we finally made it there! My boyfriend and I ordered a large vegan Italian sub to share; it was loaded with homemade "meats" and your typical Italian hoagie toppings. Our only observation was that it could have used a bit more Italian dressing, but was otherwise very tasty and very filling....and we definitely did NOT need/have room for the XL Vegan Supreme pizza we also ordered haha. We were already stuffed from the sub by the time the pizza came out, the server's reaction was funny; he definitely saw that we bit off more than we could chew...literally! We could each only really try one slice while it was hot, but it was loaded with toppings and the cheese melted well, although I would've preferred a bit more sauce. The pizza lasted us quite a few days and was just as good cold/leftover! We can't wait to go back for more! Although it seems most people order out, they do have space for dining in, complete with "free books" and hilarious customer reviews hung on the walls. We would like to go for their Monday Night Vegan events at some point, too. Thanks, Antonios, for having so many plant-based options on your menu!

They really try! - Edit
Lots of great vegan options at Antonio’s. They now make their vegan cheeses and meats in-house. I have experienced several miscommunications here through the years, including once in-person, but I keep going back because they cater to the vegan community and are very nice. I would always suggest calling and talking to someone rather than ordering online.

Great people, but not careful about vegan orders - Edit
I have gotten pizza and wings (all vegan) from here before and i loooooved it. This time, I ordered from doordash. I got buffalo seitan wings and specified that I wanted everything with them vegan. I also got breadsticks and said the same thing. Lastly, I got a vegan pizza. The dasher only brought the wings and there was some sort of miscommunication because the rest of my stuff was forgotten.
Read moreI called the store to confirm what happened before I submitted a complaint on doordash. They actually went above & beyond to re make my food and the owner delivered the new batch of food to me after hours.
The downside? Either the breadsticks (that are marked vegan!) or the ranch that came with my “vegan” wings was not vegan. Something got me really bad and I have been very very very ill all night. this is more than a cross contamination issue- this is something that wasn’t vegan in my food : (
also, the pizza wasn’t edible… Idk what it was about it. I got the vegan sausage on it and I think that was the main problem… it’s probably better if you go to the restaurant and dine in.
overall, incredible people, would love to give them another chance, but I am so so deeply sad about something in my food not being vegan (although I specified that I need it to be).

Great pizza and appetizers - Edit
Had the Hawaiian pizza because I used to love it before going vegan and haven't seen that option until today! Tons of vegan options, cheese and meat alternatives! The garlic bread and fried pickles was divine! The fried pickles are made from fresh crispy dill spears and the breading was so crispy and flavorful! 2nd visit, the cheesey bread and the Ranch Chicken Pizza was incredible! The cheese they use is so gooey!

If I could give 5 stars, I would!…So many vegan options…Vegan “Fish” in March - Edit
I got the vegan “fish” hoagie. -It was sooooo good! It might only be available because it’s Lent, but there are many other vegan options on the menu year-round. I’m guessing that they always add in seasonal items because I also saw (but didn’t try) the vegan potato soup (for St. Patrick’s day?).

Delicious vegan sandwiches! The fried pickles are also vegan and were super! We had the Buffalo seitan sandwich and the vegan chicken parm sandwich. The bread was so delicious and I really liked that it was toasted.

Fantastic effort to include vegans/vegetarians - Edit
Antonio's offers homemade vegan fare in a restaurant scene that doesn't often include vegetarian friendly food, let alone vegan. Outside of Spak Bros. there's not really another pizza shop that offers standard menu items that are vegan. Antonio's is a fabulous establishment, you can tell that Tina, the one owner, really makes an effort to cater to the vegan community. #Veganuary

Antonio’s is our go to place when we order pizza! We usually get their vegan cheese pizza and Buffalo seitan sandwich. They also have great French fries, seitan wings, and vegan desserts. Highly recommend anything from their vegan menu! They have a lot of great vegan options and the prices are reasonable too.

Their meat substitutes are very good. We were told they get them from The Herbivorous Butcher in MN. The cheese on our pizza did not melt all the way for some reason, which was the only drawback. We will be back.
