Looks like the place does better with improvising and ordering in advance from what I can see in the comments.
Read moreWe got the stuffed vegetables and dolma, and a simple tomato, cucumber salad. They were both delicious. Unfortunately, these were the only vegan options on the menu.

Our salvation in the first month in Armenia - Edit
My husband and I ate at this restaurant for a whole month, three times a day, when we lived at the Republica Hotel. The restaurant has a very friendly and caring staff. This is an Armenian cuisine restaurant, and here they tried to make every meal for us unusual and delicious. We often had dishes that weren't on the menu. My favourites here are aveluk salad (sorrel salad), spelt with mushrooms, arishta (they prepared it for us with vegetable oil), funchose salad, hummus, stuffed vegetables and dolma. It is a pity that there was no vegetable milk for coffee—we bought it ourselves. But in any case, this restaurant helped us incredibly in the first month of our stay in Armenia.
