Good value and good taste "one-dish" vegan stop

Right in the center of Tapiola´s shopping area (Ainoa) and easy to find, this vegan & no-waste restaurant offers everyday one warm dish sided with 3-4 salads, and the plate is brought to the table.

The dish of the day changes every other day (so 3 choices a week), and you can pay 13,50e for the regular portion or 16,60e for a larger one. (May 2024).

I have now eaten here a few times, and the meals have always been good and fillin. The regular portion is almost always a bit too big for me, so don´t think you will be left hungry with the regular plate unless you´re large or very hungry (or both!).

Everything is home-made with good quality seasonal ingredients and in such a way as to reduce all kind of waste.

The dishes are well thought out and provide both enough proteins and a very tasty experience.

(Pay) Parking is available underground.

Pros: Almost only vegan around, Steady quality, Good value for money

Healthy food with reasonable price

Perfect plant-based lunch restaurant! The food is served until 6:30pm with same price as lunch. You can choose regular or bigger meal and add some hemp seeds, nuts or chili to your food.

Cheap, filling and healthy vegan meal!

Everything is in the title. I came across the place by chance and I didn't regret ordering the meal of the day. It was made with love! Highly recommended.

Perfect quick last minute lunch

I arrived very close to the closing time, but the owner was happy to welcome me.
I loved the variety of foods in my dish, my favourite was the warm main of the day.

Delicious meal

Today's meal consisted of red curry and three different cold salads. Was tasty and staff friendly.

Bonus points from being given a box of left over food to take home for free as we were the last customers and the food would have gone to waste 💚

Variety of salads

Here you order the size and you get a warm dish (courgette lasagne when I was there) and a variety of salads. A large size gets you a larger warm portion. The food was great and it was nice to have a variety of side salads. It would be good to have a few more options though.

Varied buffet

Has a range of cold and warm dishes as part of the buffet which you can also get to takeaway. The food was quite tasty and everything is vegan

Good salads

The lunch has a warm option and couple different salads. The salads were good and tasty and the warm lentil-bean sauce wasn't bad either. Everything here is vegan which is nice

So much variety, so delicious

I had an excellent meal here. They serve just one kind of plate a day, you can just choose the size of it. That plate includes a variety of different salads and veggies and a portion of their cooked meal. Today it was lentils and rice. I wish I could eat here every day but I’m just passing through.

One of my favorites in Finland

Still my favorite lunch "restaurant" in Finland. Located in a small newish mall in Espoo they serve every week changing menus with a mix of cold salads and a warm main meal. Super fresh, amazing colors and taste. Special thanks to the lovely staff.
Not big fan of malls, places like this would deserve their proper "restaurant" location.

Unbelievable mix of flavors ❤️

Due to the coronavirus situation the buffet is closed at lunch time. The customers can chose a ready plate containing cold and warm foods, available in two different sizes, normal and big. The flavor palette on the plate is something worth of a fine dining restaurant. It was incredible, and they all fit together extremely well. Unfortunately the regular size is nowhere filling for an adult male and I got up from the table with the desire to eat more. Also, no bread included - def a minus in my book (maybe it was available, I didn't see it).

Pros: Food quality is really extraordinary , Reasonable price (= average buffet lunch price)

Cons: Portion size, No bread

I loved this place

It’s Avery chill little place in the mall. Fill up your buffet plate however you wish, weigh it, and enjoy. It was very no-nonsense, good food. There was a red curry and many cold salads when I went. I enjoyed that the curry had some heat to it, but not too much. Cardamom beetroot is my new favorite thing. The price was very reasonable. Anne was also very nice and helpful since I couldn’t read the Finnish signs.😄

Pros: Tasty food, Lots of options , High value and variety

Cons: Mall atmosphere isn’t my favorite

All vegan lunch buffet

Small place in shopping centre where you pay by what amount you eat. Two warm dishes and salads. Food quite spicy that suits us fine. Fresh ingredients and they dont use any white flower,sugar.
Also open weekends.

Cons: No coffee, deserts but that you can find elsewhere, Sometimes busy

Good food

The lunch buffet had several cold salads and one warm main course, this time a lentil stew. The salads had a lot of flavour and I enjoyed especially the potato salad and pea hummus. The lentil stew was tasty but not super special. All in all the food was good but not spectacular. Still a nice place to have lunch!

Delicious and filling

I always feel so good after eating here. The buffet is tasty and filling, and the owner is so nice. Prices ATM: buffet 24,90 e/kg, soup 9 e, soup with buffet 6 e, take away -10 %.

Pros: Everything is vegan, Healthy, filling, tasty, Friendly service

Cons: A bit expencive

Good and fresh food

99% vegan restaurant. Buffet pay-by-weight style. Around eight or nine fresh dishes. Around 50/50 raw/cooked. There's also soup, coffee, and raw cakes. The food is very fresh.
