After my great experience in the Eindhoven branch, I wanted to try the Anne & Max which is close to me in Amsterdam, in Oostenburgervoorstraat. We have ordered a vegan breakfast plate for 2. First of all tofu scramble came cold, when we asked about it, their response was this is tofu, so its served cold (!). Then the plate was missing several items like, spreads, yoghurt etc. Every time we asked, is this the full plate, they said yes this is it and since i remembered from previous experience, when i asked specifically, they brought another item. Finally the croissants looked very animal based, i asked several times if they were vegan and the answer was yes definitely. Then I realised they were not, since i started to feel the butter hurting my stomach. When i asked again, the waiter said i will discuss with kitchen, but at that moment i knew they were definitely not. I will never go there again!
