Great food - Edit
Lots of vegan options. We had the vegan thali, so lots of small different dishes on a big plate, plus dessert.

Great little place with great vegan options - Edit
I had the vegan spicy keema with garlic naan and a bottle of cobra. Everything was lovely. I finished with a dessert of seero, which was also great.

variety - Edit
Small restaurant that is veggie only. Lots of variety from around India. However, uttapam needed more sauce. Service a bit slow in evening and watch out for the service charge. No soap in toilets. A bit expensive for what I paid in other cities for the same.

“A Vegetarian Surprise for Meat Eaters”😆 - Edit
Vegetarian and Vegan fare available for good prices and in relaxing atmosphere. The waitress was wonderful and as a vegan herself she was able to help us navigate the menu to very tasty results. Very much worth a nibble 😋

Best vegan indian cuisine we've ever had! - Edit
They got so many vegan options and the service was extraordinary friendly and fast.
Read moreWe ordered Onion Bhaji/Mix Pakora as a starter.
These Onion Bhaji are spectacular just like the vegan garlic naan bread (they make it vegan, if you ask for it) as additionally order.
Our mains were Veg Kolhapuri (A colourful bunch of veggies (cauliflower, peppers, potatoes & carrots) in a medium-spicy and tangy gravy) with extra rice
and Vegan Thali (Vegan starter followed by aloo matter, channa masala, dal tadka, rice and naan, seero for dessert).
It was very filling and the price of all was very fair.
Although you do not see from the outside, how great it is inside, but it's worth it! A really insider tip!
Pros: authentic indian food, big portions, fast and friendly staff, fair prices, vegan declarations in the menu card

Best Indian Vegetarian restaurant - Edit
Very delighted to have dinner here with friends, there were more vegan dishes than a vegan restaurant and surprisingly each distinguished from other. When visiting Edinburgh a must visit restaurant for all.

awesome - Edit
After my recent visit to Ury in Newcastle I was in the mood for Dosa.
Read moreIt's taken me ages to get to Annakut but it was worth the wait.
The menu was clearly market with vegan, gf and Jain option and there were plenty of options. There are some Chinese/Indian inspired option.
We had a noodle dish and some pakora to start which were both damn fine.
Three different dosas for mains all of which were devoured in super fast style. My Mysore masala was full of varying flavour with the heat from the chutney developing with every bite.
Cat wait to go back.
Pros: lots of vegan, staff, food

Really? - Edit
Perhaps we went on an off night, but not only was the venue shabby and the staff shambolic, but the food was really unimaginative and boring

Great vegan curry - Edit
A fantastic wee place that has a strong vegan offering. Their menu is full of new and interesting dishes to try. If you're feeling hungry, their vegan thali is an absolute must. The onion bhajis are super-tasty too.

Great food, reasonable prices, vegan naan - Edit
Heard good things so went in for lunch and was not disappointed. Not the speediest service but they were very friendly and helpful, and the food was top notch. They also have vegan naan, which is something I've missed since going vegan!

One of the best vegan restaurant in Edinburgh, great food, very friendly staff.
Read moreWe went for holidays to Edinburgh and were struggling to find some good vegetarian Indian restaurant, finally we saw this restaurant the menu was looking great as some of the dishes were pure authentic Indian dishes which I have not seen on any menu in the UK.
We went in to try and absolutely loved it.
Great tasty food which actually reminded me of India. Great price super friendly staff, budget price, we almost went everyday after for lunch and for dinner and almost tried every dish of the menu and must say every dish was a five star.
I would highly recommend this restaurant, even if you are not vegetarian/ vegan but if you visiting Edinburgh then this is a must visit restaurant.

Indian tasty vegan and vegetarian place - Edit
Recently opened, this place has maximum number of vegan options I have come across. The food had an authentic Indian feel. A truly authentic taste far from generic taste the other places have. Very attentive and quick service, we have been informed at the beginning that since everything made fresh it will take time, and offered some free tasters to try while we were waiting. It was well worth. Highly recommended!!

Cons: Bigger place, Should be more pricey, Should have more Branches
