The vegan cinnamon and walnut porridge is very good - Edit
On our visit to Austria to different cities we have gone to Anker just about everyday after our visit for breakfast. We keep finding new vegan options and Anker continues to amaze us every time. Their coffee is also I think we hooked to.

We tried a new breakfast item - a vegan walnut and cinnamon porridge. Perfect amount of sweet and smooth texture and crunch from walnuts. The cinnamon added the sweetness and aroma as well. Top notch.
The Vegan Multi Grain Croissant was again very good. Just as their stuffed multigrain croissant this was very satisfying.

There is a large selection of clearly labeled vegan baked goods (sweet and salty) and soy or oat milk. Unfortunately, the rude staff didn't really make you feel comfortable there. The cappuccino was good and the apple strudel was okay, but nothing special.
