Open Mon-Fri 05:30-18:30, Sat 05:30-17:00, Sun 06:30-18:30.

Very good Vegan Pumpkin Seed breakfast sandwich - Edit
This was our first introduction as we entered Austria at the Salzburg HBF. We were in a hurry and didn’t think too much of the choice we made by choosing this store. As long as there were vegan choices we were happy.
Read moreThe Vegan Pumpkin Seed bread, veggies and hummus was amazing. The seeds outside provided such a nice crunch. The fresh tomatoes, cucumber slices, greens and hummus. Again proved that a simple sandwich can provide perfect satisfaction.
The coffee was great but filled only half which was disappointing.
After this we started our relationship with Anker while we were in Austria visit.

Nice Pastries - Edit
I had a pastry from here which had nuts and raisins, it tasted very nice and was quite big. There was also a vegan sandwich, porridge and some more vegan pastries and they were all clearly labelled vegan.

There is one vegan sandwich which was tasty and quite a few vegan pastries. Avoid the coffee at all costs, it’s terrible! Both me and my partner left workout drinking ours

Anker is at the train station so super hand for grabbing something before or after a train. They had so many Vega options - both sweet and savoury. I tried the erdbeer vanille tascherl (strawberry and vanilla pastry) which was delicious.

Like any other Anker, they offer a few vegan options - mostly pastries but also the 'Vitalweckerl', which is surprisingly tasty but lacking any proper protein source.

Good place for a quick bite/breakfast to go - Edit
Several vegan options, including oatmeal and pastries. Oat and soy milk available for coffee. The place is very crowded and you should make sure that you get what you asked for (we ordered latte macchiato with oat milk and they made it with regular milk- we observed the mistake before we got our coffee and told the barista).
